Advanced Modified Bitumen Technology

We supply and install APP (Atactic Polypropylene) and SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified Bitumen waterproofing systems. These modifiers are crucial for enhancing the felt's overall performance. SBS Modified Systems, for example, provide superior flexibility and elasticity, often achieving a cold flexibility of -25°C. This allows the membrane to withstand structural movement and extreme temperature fluctuations without cracking. Meanwhile, APP Modified Systems offer excellent UV resistance and heat stability, making them highly suitable for areas with prolonged solar exposure. This use of advanced modified bitumen technology ensures exceptional performance and extends the functional lifespan far beyond traditional materials.
