DCS Roofing Limited is proud to announce the successful completion of a major roofing project on a new residential development in the centre of Maidstone. This extensive work was recently captured perfectly by drone, showcasing the scale and quality of the finished installation.

Project Scope and Specification

This significant project covered a substantial 1150m² of roofing works across the entire development. The installation required meticulous planning and execution across various surfaces, including the main roof, residential terraces, and private balconies.

The core of the system installed was a high-performance warm roof build-up. This specification included tapered insulation to ensure optimal thermal efficiency and precise falls, effectively directing water towards drainage points and eliminating ponding water. The final waterproofing layer consisted of a durable 3-layer felt system, ensuring long-term performance and a clean, high-quality finish throughout the entire area.
