DCS Roofing Limited is proud to showcase the completed roofing works at Purelake's new residential development in Sevenoaks, Kent. The finished installation was captured by drone in September 2026, and the photos and video below show the scale and quality of the completed roofs.

Project Scope and Specification

The waterproofing across the development is a 3 layer MOY Paralon bituminous felt system, installed over tapered insulation to create the falls needed to direct rainwater to the outlets and to deliver the required thermal performance.

Above the waterproofing, the roofs were completed with a combination of Blue Roof, Green Roof and paved finishes. The Blue Roof system holds back rainwater at roof level to reduce run-off and ease pressure on local drainage. The Green Roof areas add planting that improves the building's appearance, thermal performance and biodiversity, while the paved areas provide durable, level surfaces for access and amenity.
